Bespoke Carpentry & Joinery in Wexford, Ireland

Joyce Carpentry was started in 2003.I started out with an apprenticeship in 1988 with a large construction company’s joinery division, where I was lucky enough to learn my trade working on projects within The Tower of London, The National History Museum and Aspreys of Bond St.

I mainly work on my own, depending on the size of the job. If needed I can call on other time served carpenters.

I undertake mainly domestic carpentry work in Wexford, Gorey or Enniscorthy and the surrounding areas, carrying out jobs such as flooring, wardrobes, alcove units, doors and windows, kitchens-supplied and fitted. I also carry out exterior work such as decking, fencing etc.

I custom build the following things…

  • Wardrobes
  • Alcove Units
  • Shelving
  • Media Units
  • Decking / Log Cabins

    Testimonials

    • "John made a radiator from a picture we showed him and it was absolutely perfect. He made it in light oak to match the staircase he had originally made for us. It finished our hall perfectly. Apart from being a very good workman he also cleaned up after himself and left everything clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending John for any work at all.”

    • "John was extremely personable and adaptable, creating an amazing fixed unit for my daughter's bedroom based on a picture I had found online. His craftsmanship is of excellent quality and durability, he worked to the time frame and budget perfectly. He was happy to make an unusual design and has provided a real talking point and feature to her room"
